PRE-IPO started its Private Equity activities based on the observation that tech companies are staying private for longer thus creating a liquidity gap for all shareholders. PRE-IPO fulfill this gap and acts as a liquidity provider overtime purchasing shares in late-stage venture-backed companies from existing shareholders (founders, employees and early investors).
PRE-IPO invests in best performing late-stage tech companies in Europe & the United-States. We thus constantly monitor tech market fundraising and review top-tier VC portfolios to source deals that fit our highly selective criteria. Deals selected are proposed to our exclusive investors' club.
